The Harbor View Room is a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath located on the third floor of the house.  The room has a comfortable sitting area with TV.  Windows on three sides allow refreshing ventilation along with the views.  

The in-season room rates for 2012 (April 1 - November 5) are between $160 and $230 per night. 

The off-season room rates (November 6 - March 31, 2013) are between $135 and $150 per night.

Christmas weekend 2012 (November 29 - December 3)and New Years Eve weekend (December 28-29) is $170 per night - two night minimum.

Off-season Saturday night only (if available) is $165.
