The York Cottage

 
The York Cottage is a very private large room with it's own entrance through the gardens.  It is located at ground level on the east side of the house.  The cottage is furnished with antiques and has a queen bed, comfortable sitting area with TV and a bath with a stall shower.  Guests are served breakfast either in the cottage on a charming antique table, on the secluded patio in the gardens, or the front porch.  

The in-season room rates for 2012 (April 1 - November 5) are between $175 and $245 per night.

The off-season room rates (November 6 - March 31, 2013) are between $150 and $165 per night.

Christmas weekend 2012 (November 29 - December 3) and New Years Eve weekend (December 28-29) is $185 per night - two night minimum.

Off-season Saturday night only (if available) is $175.
